Weave pricing: what Weave publishes, and what it doesn’t

Weave’s site shows two ways to buy: a build-your-own plan (a base plan plus bundles) and three named tiers (Pro, Elite, Ultimate). Ask your rep which one your quote uses.

What Weave publishes about its prices, compiled by BuzzWisely from Weave’s own pages:

Not affiliated with or endorsed by Weave. Weave facts checked 2026-10-29 on Weave’s own pages; BuzzWisely facts as on its pricing page. Prices can change; check with each company for its current pricing.

Weave says the price depends on how many users and locations you have, what you need to communicate, which products you pick, and the hardware you already own (Weave common questions, checked 2026-10-29). The pages we read don’t say whether $199 is per location, or whether it changes with or without phones. Ask.

A worked example from the published prices

Weave’s published prices are enough to estimate a first year for one location.

BuzzWisely’s worked example: one location’s first year on Weave’s published prices:

What you buyMonthlyFirst 12 months, with $1,950 implementation
Base plan only$199$4,338
Base plan + Coordinate bundle$348$6,126
Base plan + Coordinate + Attract$497$7,914

Our arithmetic from Weave’s published prices, checked 2026-10-29, for one location, before taxes and fees, extra phones, the AI Receptionist, payment processing and any individual products. The $1,950 is the “normally” figure on a Weave partner offer page; your quote may differ.

Phones and hardware

Weave’s pages say this about phones and hardware:

  • Two phones come with the base plan if you choose the phone option: Weave lists a cloud phone system plus two Yealink phones (Weave’s common questions and plans pages, both checked 2026-10-29).
  • New phones are usually bundled into implementation or the agreement, Weave says, and you can lease its desk phones or use the mobile app instead (Weave’s common questions, checked 2026-10-29).
  • Old phone systems don’t connect. Weave says it can’t plug into a legacy PBX. You keep your numbers by porting them to Weave (Weave’s common questions, checked 2026-10-29).
  • Leased phones go back if you leave. Weave’s Terms say leased equipment stays Weave’s property and must be returned within ten business days of termination; otherwise Weave may bill the full replacement cost, refunded if the phones come back undamaged (Terms of Service, last updated October 2, 2026, section 16, checked 2026-10-29).

Ask how many phones your quote includes, what each extra phone costs, and whether they’re leased or yours.

Contracts and terms

Weave’s contract terms come from two places: its plans page and its Terms of Service.

  • No long-term contract is required, Weave’s plans page says, with discounts for year-long contracts (Weave’s plans FAQ, checked 2026-10-29).
  • Your order form decides the rest. Under Weave’s Terms, if your order has a stated term, you pay for the whole term; orders of a year or longer renew automatically unless you give notice at least 30 days before the end; and fees can rise up to 10% in any 12 months (Terms of Service, last updated October 2, 2026, section 9, checked 2026-10-29).
  • Cancelling waits for your numbers. The Terms say a cancellation takes effect only once every phone number on the account has been ported out of Weave (section 9.6, same link).
  • New owners. Francisco Partners completed its purchase of Weave on October 26, 2026. Weave keeps its name and its headquarters in Lehi, Utah, and is now a private company (Weave press release, checked 2026-10-29).

The order form, not the website, decides what you owe. Read it before you sign, and put your renewal date on the calendar. BuzzWisely is month to month, so there’s no renewal date to watch.

Add-ons and extras to price

These Weave add-ons and extras can change the monthly total:

  • AI Receptionist: early access, quote-only (more in Does Weave have an AI receptionist?).
  • Products outside your plan: insurance verification, call intelligence and practice analytics sit on the higher tiers (Weave’s pricing page, checked 2026-10-29).
  • Texting: monthly allowances differ by tier and bundle (table above).
  • Payments: Text to Pay is in the base plan; card processing rates aren’t on the plans or pricing pages. Ask for them.
  • Training: one-on-one training is listed as normally $199 a session on a Weave partner offer page (checked 2026-10-29).

What third parties report

These Weave price figures come from other software companies’ blogs, not from Weave. Weave hasn’t confirmed them.

Third-party Weave price reports BuzzWisely found, not confirmed by Weave:

Third-party sourceWhat it reportsDate on the page
Pabau blog (a practice software vendor)Pro plan about $249 a month per location and a one-time setup fee of about $750, both credited to third-party review sourcesUpdated October 6, 2026
Quo blog (a business phone vendor)Pro from $249 a month; paid training at $199 a session; the AI receptionist as a separate paid add-onMay 2026 (page data)

Both checked 2026-10-29. Weave’s own pages now say plans start at $199 a month, and a Weave partner offer page lists implementation at $1,950 normally. If a quote shows $249 or a different fee, ask which plan and which fee it is.

Questions that get you a real Weave quote

Ask your Weave rep these ten questions to get a real number:

  1. What’s the monthly total for my office, per location, with every product on it?
  2. Which way am I buying: base plan and bundles, or Pro, Elite or Ultimate?
  3. What’s the implementation fee, and is it on the quote?
  4. Phones: how many are included, leased or bought, the price of each extra one, and the return terms?
  5. Term: month to month, or a stated term? If annual, what’s the discount, the renewal date and the notice window?
  6. Price protection: is my monthly price fixed for the term, in writing?
  7. AI Receptionist: the price for messaging and for voice, how it’s billed, how long the early-access discount lasts, and whether it books into my practice software.
  8. Texting and payments: what happens past my texting allowance, and what are the card processing rates?
  9. Leaving: how porting my numbers out works, how I export my data, and how I return the phones.
  10. Privacy: will you sign a business associate agreement (BAA) that covers every product on my order? BuzzWisely signs one on every plan.

Weave vs BuzzWisely for the calls nobody answers

More phones on a Weave quote won’t answer the calls that ring while every hand is busy. Weave’s answer is its AI Receptionist, still in early access. BuzzWisely answers those calls today, on the phones you already have.

BuzzWisely and Weave’s AI Receptionist, side by side. Weave facts checked 2026-10-29 on Weave’s own pages:

BuzzWisely publishes this comparison. It’s an AI receptionist built for dental offices by a dentist who owns five practices: it answers calls 24/7, books appointments into an office’s scheduling software, and works alongside the phone system an office already has, so you don’t have to change phones to stop missing calls. For the other AI receptionists at month-to-month prices, see the Weave alternatives guide.

In the five dental offices behind BuzzWisely, the team answers first and the AI takes any call nobody picks up within two rings. The Two-Rings Rule comes from Bonded: It Isn’t the Composite Holding Your Dental Practice Together, the book about what really keeps a dental office running.

Frequently asked questions.

How much does Weave cost per month?

Weave lists implementation at $1,950 normally on a partner offer page (checked 2026-10-29). Ask whether your quote includes it. BuzzWisely has no setup fee.
Does Weave require a contract?
Weave's plans page says it doesn't require long-term contracts but discounts year-long ones (checked 2026-10-29). If your order has a stated term, Weave's Terms of Service say you owe the whole term, and orders of a year or more renew unless you give 30 days' notice.
Are phones included with Weave?
The base plan can include two Yealink phones, and Ultimate lists up to 15. Weave also leases desk phones, and its Terms of Service say leased phones go back if you leave (Weave's common questions page and Terms, both checked 2026-10-29).
How much is Weave's AI Receptionist?
Weave doesn't publish the price. It's in early access, sold as messaging only or voice plus messaging, with 25% off advertised for the rest of 2026 (Weave's AI Receptionist page, checked 2026-10-29). BuzzWisely's guide, Does Weave have an AI receptionist?, covers what it does today.
Does Weave offer a free trial?
Not for the full platform, Weave's plans FAQ says, though it offers trials of new products to existing customers (checked 2026-10-29).
Can an AI receptionist answer a dental office's missed calls?
Yes. BuzzWisely is an AI receptionist built for dental offices by a dentist who owns five practices. It answers the calls the team can't get to, during exams, at lunch, after hours and on holidays, answers patients' common questions and books appointments. It works alongside the phone system an office already has, Weave included. Plans start at $289 a month (Nectar), month to month, with a 10-day trial for $5.
