- Who can join the affiliate program?
- Anyone with a relevant audience — content creators, agencies, consultants, small-business communities, and anyone who works with the kinds of businesses BuzzWisely serves (dental, legal, medical, home services, hospitality). We approve most applicants within 2 business days.
- How are referrals tracked?
- Every link includes a unique affiliate ID. When someone signs up through your link, the referral is attributed to you in your affiliate dashboard, and the recurring commission begins once they complete checkout.
- When and how do I get paid?
- Payouts go out on the 15th of every month for any balance over $50. We use a Net-30 clearing period (matches our customer satisfaction guarantee window) to avoid clawbacks from cancellations. Payment via PayPal, Wise, or direct deposit depending on your location.
- Can I also promote competing tools?
- Standard partners — yes, no exclusivity required. VIP partners (high-volume, dedicated content creators) get bumped commission rates and other perks in exchange for exclusivity in the AI voice-receptionist category. Talk to us if you want to discuss VIP terms.
- What happens if my referral cancels?
- If a customer cancels during the Net-30 window, that commission is reversed (this is why we hold for 30 days — protects everyone). After Net-30 clears, the commission is yours, and you keep earning 20% each month they stay subscribed.

- Yes — your affiliate dashboard includes logos, banner images, pre-written email templates, social copy, and a library of customer case studies you can reference. Most partners create their own content; the assets are there if you want a starting point.
